Our policy on subscription cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments.
Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will retain access to all features until the end of your paid period.
- No cancellation fees apply.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available within 30 days of initial subscription purchase.
- Refunds are processed for the unused portion of your subscription period.
- Refunds are not available for renewals or upgrades after the initial purchase period.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@vatdi.com.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items
- Usage-based charges (API calls, additional features) are non-refundable.
- Custom development or professional services are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Third-party integrations or add-ons purchased separately may have their own refund policies.
Billing Disputes
- If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 60 days of the charge.
- We will investigate and resolve billing disputes within 10 business days.
- If a charge is found to be incorrect, we will issue a full refund or credit.
Plan Changes
- Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately; you will be charged a prorated amount.
- Downgrading your plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- No refunds are provided for downgrades; you retain access until the end of your current period.
Automatic Renewals
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
- You will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- We will send email reminders before each renewal date.
- You can disable auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.

Policy Updates

- Continued use of the service after policy updates constitutes acceptance.
